A Community-Based Partnership

The Black Agency Network (BAN) is a collective of agencies collaborating to ensure that Black families who are impacted by child welfare involvement have culturally relevant community support navigating the Child Welfare system.

Work with families and CAS to ensure that culturally sensitive, appropriate and holistic supports are available for Black families in all phases of navigating or involvement with the Child Welfare system.

We support families and service providers to liaise with services that are delivered by Black-led, informed, and serving agencies–who are aligned in their ability and desire to offer culturally relevant and responsive services to Black community members.
